Disable swap file and see if makes difference anyway if swap file is in ssd move it to hdd and make it on custom 4096MB-4096MB ie static.
Sorry but terrible advice on Windows 10. No benefits at all and unnecessary. Not to mention no logic to move Pagefile to the slowest drive, just make any page thrashing worse.

Pubg is a terribly optimised game anyway. It's also a game that likes more threads.

Is your computers RAM set up correctly as dual channel or are you running a single 16gb stick?

Also GPU not reaching 100% could mean that your CPU is bottlenecking your graphics card. I'd say that there is a small chance of this happening but very very small

At 1080 the cpu would not be the bottleneck, but at 720p it might very well be. Even if CPU usage is only 50 to 70% if you have a single core being maxed out chances are that is the one handling draw calls which is a CPU bottleneck, but again that would only apply to 720p imo.

A 3770 and 1050 should be a decent match with the bottleneck being on the GPU side and in pubg I would expect 1080p at medium to produce 50+ fps. Now looking at your setup I am assuming the game is on the HDD... depending on the age and health of the drive the stutters could also be attributed to it.

What type of fps do you see at 1080p medium and what do they did to in the stutters?

Disable swap file and see if makes difference anyway if swap file is in ssd move it to hdd and make it on custom 4096MB-4096MB ie static.
This is terrible advice. So I know the old trick use to be to disable that swap file when you had higher ram amounts, but that isn't the case now.

If you do that now it means windows can not optimize and move items in and out of ram... which will cause you to get put of memory errors even with 32gb of ram for example. It is best to just let windows manage it these days

Benchmark Scores Nyooom.
PUBG is heavily CPU dependent, but will perform just fine on 2nd/3rd gen i5's - a 3770 should have no issues for 60FPS gameplay

As someone who played the game a lot (and built PC's purely to sell for PUBG, when it was more popular than it is now)

1. Work on those CPU temps. 70C at 40% load? somethings wrong there. Repaste the TIM, and clean the HSF.
2. Dont do silly shit like disabling the swap file, leave things on automatic and remove as many background processes as possible.
3. PUBG does use more than one thread, but its definitely CPU bound by single core performance - you *will* hit an FPS cap at some point on that CPU, tho it should be well over 100FPS as long as the CPU and the VRM's are not overheating
4. the 1050ti is pretty weak for pubg, so definitely keep the settings down low. Render distance at 100, 1080p or lower res, etc. FPS drops will happen on such a weak GPU, but it shouldnt stutter.
