GPU-Z cannot be started after hibernation/standby

Hi.

I cannot get GPU-Z 0.7.7 and earlier version to start after the computer was in hibernation or standby.
Starting it after a clean boot is working fine.

GPU-driver: Forceware 332.21 and 334.67
Card: Zotac GT640
OS: Windows 7 64bit SP1
Chipset: Intel P35 Express, driver version 9.4.0.1026
