GPU Z unknown fields

I changed the card from Asus Gtx980 to Gigabyte RTX2060 recently and gpu-z show me unknown in technology, transistors, release date and memory type fields. Motherboard: GA-Z97X-Gaming 7.
Any suggestions please.
