Earlier this evening I installed the latest version of AMD Adrenalin Edition 18.9.2 for my graphic card, MSI AMD R9 380 4 GB twin frozr and everything is good after the install. I decided to run 3DMark TimeSpy to see if everything is good or not. Anyway here is my information of 3DMark below:

System information

GPU AMD Radeon (TM) R9 380 Series
Systeminfo v5.10.676

CPU Intel Core I7-6700
GPU v2.5.5029 64

3DMark Basic Edition

Graphics score 2.741
CPU score 4.070

Validation Warning

Your score contained the following anomailies:
-- Graphic driver is not approved.

Now you see that " Graphic driver is not approved " after installed the latest AMD Adrenalin Edition 18.9.2. I am little worried what to do with this about the graphic driver is not approved. What should I do about this?

Let me know about this.

Thank you,

John

It just means the driver has not received WHQL certification from Microsoft yet. There is nothing wrong with the driver, I’m assuming, since you haven’t told us of any problems.

AMD frequently tries to get new drivers out to their users very quickly, sometimes too quickly. It also means that 3D Mark will not count your score as an official one, either.

I don't have any problems with this install of the latest version of AMD Adrenalin Edition 18.9.2. I was in a panic button to worry about the graphic driver for this but you said that about Microsoft and now I see that this driver has not received WHQL certification from Microsoft.

Thank you for your time to reply back sooner that I thought.
