Hi, so i had a budget pc with AMD Ryzen 5 3400G, Nvidia GTX 1650S Pheonix 4GB, 8 GB RAM Corsair 3200MHz,1TB Seagate HDD,ASUS PRIME A320M-E ATX Motherboard with a 700w PSU. My problem is that CPU works on 100 usage and GPU on max like 20-30 but sometimes stays on 0 while gaming so i get massive fps drops like WOW 120fps normal drops very often to 15-30fps and it gets frozen..same in a system get stutter and very slow loading... plus i get my wallpaper to go black and once i got pixels on my screen going wrong. All drivers have been updated. I have tried reinstall windows and drivers doesnt work,

any advice?

Is the RAM single channel(one DIMM) ? do you have the monitor cable plugged in to the GPU or motherboard ? Is Windows installed on an SSD or that 1TB drive ? di you try to use DDU from safe mode and clean the Nvidia drivers. Then installing the latest WHQL also make sure you have the AMD Chipset drivers installed.

What resolution is are you gaming at and what is the max resolution for your monitor?

From looking at those pictures, does make me think something is off with the card, but just to go through everything else first, is the monitor new, or do you have another one you can test with, same with the HDMI cable, if you have a spare, try that.

Have you got the monitor connected to the Motherboard, or the GPU?
It sounds like the discrete GPU isn't being used at all.
If the connections are correct, check it is enabled in the BIOS.

The hdmi is connected to gpu but it make more mess than having it connnected to motherboard plus this is my bios :/

I'd look in the advanced mode section of the Bios and see if onboard graphics can be disabled for testing.
Make sure the GPU is seated correctly and power cable inserted all the way.
From the artifacting on screen the card may be overheating.

That does not look good.

Take the GPU out and use the integrated graphics for a while and see if the same thing happens, the artifacting and black screens I mean, I am pretty certain the GPU is dying.

load up gpu-z and check the sensors tab, it'll tell you if its overheating and sometimes can give you a hint as to what is capping performance.

what you described above sounds a lot like overheating. the last pic looks like my card did when the ram overclock was too high.

No mention of the GPU again on that splash screen, just like the Bios shots.

With my current system the gpu model very briefly shows up before the bios post, not at the same time.

What brand psu do you have, do you have any overclocking applied to other parts?

Go into mobo bios and reset all to defaults, then try gaming (disable the igp if needed)
