Graphics in Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six: Vegas for PC

While starting this game up which I got today, I noticed that the graphics were SLIGHTLY dull, only a litte bit. I have this on 360 and the graphics on the 360 are pretty nice but on the PC, it's a bit dull. Is it because I'm still using Windows XP Professional SP2?

No, it's because Rainbow Six: Vegas for the PC was a very badly done port of the Xbox360 version
