I say best option is to go to the store and see if they price match their online prices.
It might have the cheaper cooling option were it isnt vented from the back just blown round the case and no memory heatsinks. actally there was a warning about these diamond cards else were in the forum a guy sent 2 back because the memory wasnt touching the heatsink.

forgive my gpu ignorance, because its been a while since I've bought a graphics card, but how does this compare to a 8800 GT?
lol the last diamond card I remember is a TNT2 ultra, ha!
Depends on the 8800GT, but you won't be able to find on at a price like this unless it's an inferior 256mb model. Decide how much you want to spend on a card, then find the card that costs that much, imo. They're all excellent cards.
