Ok, another Q for all the clever ones out there. Most of my games seem to stutter. The frames dont drop, fraps doesnt even have time to register that it has done it, it just stops moving for a millisecond and then it carries on fine for about 15 seconds and then it stutters again. I thought it was maybe my cpu cause its not that fast but it even happens in serious sam 2. It seems to be happening when i set all the graphics at max including AA and AF. Eg, im running FEAR at everything max and it stutters but crysis is at high and only 2xAA and there is no stuttering at all. Im wondering if it isnt maybe my psu, does anybody have any suggestions?

Classic PSU problem indeed. The PSU you are using deffinitley isn't up to snuff for your system.

Well, a new PSU that supplies the proper amount of voltage will get rid of your stuttering issues. If your hardware is starving for power when it's under load and consuming peak power. I won't make your computer "faster" but performance will be much better due to better power being supplied. I'm not sure about your options as far as buying a new PSU but you want to make sure it's made with quality components and is a reputable brand. Here is a PSU guide: http://forums.techpowerup.com/showthread.php?t=39758
