Recently, I started having a lot of problems with my graphics card. Whenever I try to play any 3D game, render in Blender, or play a video in After Effects, my PC creates a solid color screen. It doesn't matter if I overclock or underclock the card, it crash anyway. It's very random. Sometimes I can play without any problem and sometimes, it crash at the minimum stage.
I tried installing various driver versions, tried with multiple Windows 10 versions, tried with Ubuntu also, switching RAMs, tweaking BIOS options but crashes anyway. Temperature isn't a problem because can crash at normal temps no matter what fan speed I have.

Could it be that the card is bad?

Specs:
Intel Core i5-3340
EVGA GTX 1050 Ti SC
GIGABYTE H61M-S1
2x4GB Kingston DDR3
Eurocase PSU CL-500W
All that hardware, has at least 2 years (some more) and is working really well except for the GPU it seems.

that card is toast.

While youre at it, that PSU is bad too... Its just some unknown branded junk. I very much doubt it touches the quoted specs.

I dont like Corsair CX and CS power supplies but at least i know what im getting if i buy one.

Yea I agree with Freedom. I'd be testing the rig with another PSU or at least testing the current one with a multimeter.

No artifacts though huh?

Wonder if VRAM gets filled up and the card just doesn't like it.
Try your same games at slightly lower graphics settings to reduce vRAM load see if that helps.

To me, it looks like it drops the driver and just doesn't recover from it?

I will test with another PSU in a few days.
I tried CSGO with the lowest graphic settings but crashed anyway.

Well maybe wait for the airman to give his thoughts. He might suggest trying a bios flash, he can help you.

That is a bummer. Have you tried the card in another pc yet?
Not yet. I will try.

I tried the GPU in another PC with these specs:
Pentium G630
ASUS H61M-K
4GB DDR3
Sentey PSU BCP450-OC

Some MSI Kombustor benchmarks crash the program but not the PC nor graphics card.
UNGINE Benchmark working fine at ultra, CS1.6 same. I only left to try games like CSGO and more demanding to see if it's stable.
I had trouble to install drivers and one time, it crashed only the drivers, but I think it's because of the Windows install (flashed latest GPU BIOS anyway)

I have to try the Sentry's PSU on my main PC to see if that's the problem.
