GTX 1080 4GB Vram Problem

Hello ! I have à problem with GTX 1080 Gygabite Windforce.

After a game Optimisation (world of warcraft in this case) with GeForce Experience, my computer freezed & rebooted by himself. I fear one of the GPU ram just burned in the process :s

The strange thing is it still show a total amount of 8GB when you check it on a details program (like GPU-Z) ... But when i launch a VRAM test it says only 4GB is avaible, as show on the image below.

What do you think ? :'(

Software Windows 10 64-bit
These test programs are 32-bit I think, so they support only up to 4 GB.

If one of the memory chips on your card were broken you'd see visible errors even on desktop.

All memory chips are used in parallel to improve performance.
