The difference in FPS in most games ranges from 5-10fps between the two cards. if you think that's worth 50€ more, it's up to you. Cant you find a 1070 it should perform the same as a 1660 super but it should be cheaper.

I am very attracted by ASUS DUAL GTX 1660 SUPER EVO OC .. and it very high quality cooling system, this combining passive and active cooling.
It is unfortunate that techpowerup did not offer so far pictures from it PCB and cooler.
