Ok so currently I'm gonna help a online bud that I know upgrade his graphics card. He has an older water cooled GTX465 with a reference 480 board so the koolance waterblock he used fits, and it was on the cheap. Well all I'm wondering is if a GTX 670 or 660ti (preferably a 660ti) that has a reference board.

Link provided should show ya that the power connector has to be that weird stack thing Nvidia did. Not sure if this is entirely necessary. If it helps his GTX465 is an EVGA. I'll keep looking myself, but any help with this in the community would be awesome.
I also realize that I'm gonna get feedback on why water cool a GTX 465, I don't know personally I think it was just for the kool factor, but it wasn't my decision.
Many Thanks!
