Ok, I'm running in a NZXT Source 210. Putting the 120mm fan from the back as an intake on the side, and a spare 92mm fan I had as exhaust on the back my temps have gone way down.
CPU load is now 64c vs 70c, GPU is now 75c vs 80c. (And less fan.)

You could also try running a monster 92mm fan. Ebay has a lot of server oem fans, I have a bunch of 92mmx32mm san ace that flow about 100 cfm (I think). They pull as much air as a regular 120mmx25mm high speed fan.

My 92mm exhaust pulls near 85CFM IIRC. The cutout only takes 140 and 120 anyway.

I set my temp target to 65*C, the power target moves in lockstep to 65%. This results in only about 58*C average while playing BF4 and the core clock stays between 1150 and 1250. Thats pretty reasonable! There's a huge increase in core temperature when the temp target is set to the default 79*C and power target to 100%, despite the clock and voltage being mostly the same during that time.
