gtx 980 Sli not working

Hello there, ive a lil issue, i have 2 gtx 980 cards, one zotac amp and one msi gaming, tried to sli and not working, i tried different sli auto and it stops at

Any input would be greatly appreciated
also used guru for uninstalling drivers

Pretty sure your psu is 1000 watts, not amps.
