Hey guys,

i have a problem with my gpu:

The pc starts with it (also the leds and test routine during the systemstart on my Asus Maxmus X Hero shows no failure, nether vga or other components), the monitor turns on and shows only a black screen.

In another system the same. Card shows only a black screen.

What interesting is GPUz doenst show much info, such as bios version or other data of the 1080 when i run the system with the igp of my i7 8700k.

Is there a possibilty to fix it?

ddu the drivers out of it and try to reinstall them. If that doesn't help, you've probably got a busted card. Might try vbios flash (if it doesn't work, it won't be anymore broken).

Other than that.....not much. Not a good sign that it won't work in two different systems.

Maybe try a different DP/HDMi port of GPU or cable if possible (if you used the same port and/or cable for both systems)
