GTX280 or GTX285 ? (overclock, noise, performance)

So, first of all i have to tell i have an opportunity to buy this

BFG GTX280

Which one do I choose, considering overclock, acoustics and clock per clock performance?

Well the only difference between the two is that the 285 is a 55nm card. So that means it is cooler and that it can OC better. I rather go with the 280 unless you want the best and to OC the hell out of the card.

dude 285 obviously it has a bigger number....
