Hi all
I've had this combo for a while in fact probably well over a year and I remember getting stuck with this issue before hand but I can't remember for the life of me what I did to fix the problem..
The problem is...
Anytime I try an overclock on the multi its stuck at 40x. The vcore stays the same, nothing else changes.. I've tried setting the multi higher and even lower but it still sits at 40x.. But.. the BLCK (I think that's the right way around for the FSB as it was back in 775 land...) I set to 100.1 and that changes..
So can anyone please put me out of my misery and explain to me what I need to change so I can finally get a little more performance from my lovely 2600k which was running 4.8Ghz a year ago but for some reason now, the bios is stopping me going past 4Ghz...
Please I beg of anyone!! This is torture!! lol
