Hi everyone, just flashed my Z490 motherboard to the latest BIOS with support for Resizable BAR for video cards of any brand.
Before I try the feature, just wanted to ask if anyone else has dabbled with it, and what setting do you think offers the best performance gains?
Hope you guys can offer some input on this, does it really offer any improvement, and what, if any, are the risks in enabling this feature?
Thanks for any help!
Edit: After some research, it seems for my card in particular, the feature has to be enabled at the driver level, and Nvidia hasn't released a driver that supports it yet, it's supposed to be released in February... Oh well, will have to wait for that to see if the feature makes any difference in performance.
