Hello everyone

I hope the collective can help me with a time consuming problem I`m having.
I need a video converter that can cut unwanted parts of an video,then segment that video and perform an horizontal flip of the video ,and then add subtitles in .srt format (or any other format).The point is to convert a single time since double conversion takes more time and reduces quality.Every other feature is optional.

At the moment I use a combination of Freemake (for cutting unwanted parts) and Video to Video converter for the rest.

Handbrake might be an option. I pretty sure you can hardcode subtitles.

Virtual dub seems abandoned and (.... OMG it has a Hex editor built in) but it`s too simple.

I can't think of any more free software that isn't simple. There's AVS video editor which has everything you need and you can get that for around 50 bucks.

*Money no problem?
