I'm sure that at stock, they would not get so hot, and again, you're running furmark overclocked..not such a good idea, really.
You have have already killed the VRM cooling...they are covered by a thin white strip of paste pressed into a fabric...the paste can dry out, and won't be as effective as it should be when a bit "wet".

No way to replace, unless using a totally different type of pad. I've tried to find the same stuff, and could not...
Could be fine...should hit about 90C or less @ stock(which is perfectly safe)...going over 110c is not recommended though, IMHO.
Issue is that it needs pads because each phase may not be the exact same height due to variances in assembly.
But at the same time, you should not be able to do any real permanent damage to the card itself...or so they say.

I'd downclock until you get no throttle..and then go a little bit less, to be 100% SAFE.
Issue at hand is that GDDR5 error correction is enabled, so you may not even see artifacts when you first push that bit too far. Clocking these cards has become increasingly difficult becuase of that..you really need to watch performance, as well as temps.
