Judging by the price that the 5830 is about £170, I think the 6850 is going to be about as good as the 5830.

those guys are pretty good with their stock levels so in stock usually means in stock

not bad pricing either, I am building a few gaming machines over the next few weeks and was planning GTX460's but should I go for the 6850's?? going to google me a review.

What do you mean slower. Look at the graphs, the 6850 beats the 5830 in BC2.

Prices on those links are moving up ever so slowly, well the 6870 is just by a bit, which means when they do get them in they could be more I spose.

Scan seems to still be by far the cheapest and although the 6870 link is pre-order, they do have Sapphire 6870's in stock also but a little bit pricier than the linked card.

£133.36 for a 6850 is a good dealio especially when compared to the gtx460 which is in the same price range.

Actually after ive bought a few things for moving house i might just buy a 6850 because at that price it seems like a better deal than a gtx460 768mb hell anything is better than a dying gtx260

Weird i see a few times that the 5850 is slightly better but also more expensive.

You can get the 5830 for under £140 now if you shop around....... wtf the 6850 is now £157 and the 6870 £196

Id get a gtx460 over a 5830 and id get a 6850 over a 5830, bit a of a tongue twister.
