HD3850 Adapter not found

Hi all. I just got original bios from PowerColor ( i'll upload it to VGA bios collection soon ) but now i have problem flashing it. I try using Atiflash ( latest version ) but i got error 0FL01 Adapter not found, same is on Winflash. Funny part is i can enter in Windows to try with WinFlash and still same stuff i check my card with GPUz on WinXP and it says Unknown Architecture but on Win7 i can see my card info but the Core and Ram speed are at 50% and has no 3D

Ok i fixed it up finaly.... the command: atiflash -p 0 "biosname" was working fine just the bios wasnt flashing some thing. With -f -p 0 was the same, soo i did: atiflash -p -fa -fm -fs -fp 0 "biosname" full force did the job
