HD4670 doesn't work after BIOS Flash

y have graphic card power color hd4670 ddr4 with 512 mb.
y edited bios with rbe-124
y load with winflash 2017 new bios
and not working after 20 minutes not finalize bios flash.
y gave a restart(manual) and not video semnal from video card to monitor (video card is still under warranty).please help me :cry:

y read .y not have motherboard with 2 slots pci-e.y have 1 slot pci-e.there is another solution???

y not have motherboard with 2 slots.y go with the video card to company witch i boght.for such a software problem who to thank
