HD7950, multi-monitor, slow 2nd screen

Hey guys,

I have 2 Asus VE22H plugged on my HD7950 (one DVI, one HDMI). The one HDMI is my second monitor. When I put Chrome on the 2nd screen and I play flash games (like angry birds xD) it is slow. It doesn't do this on my first monitor.

Clocks are 500/1350mhz, it's been doing this since I have this card, every driver (right now, 13.6 BETA, 13.5 CAP1).

Anyone having this issue? If I remember I had the same problem on my HD6950. Tried a couple of drivers and it doesn't work.

a hd 7950 has clocks of around 900 on core.

why is yours 500/1350? seems a typo or underclock

maybe itas because you are using one DVI and one HDMI.

make sure youare using the proper spec HDMI.

im using multi monitor on my 7950

one dvi to vga and one hdmi, both are equal, but the boot screen usually appears first on the hdmi.

i know that some ports have priority and its to do with the bios of the card.

that is correct, instead, I think the card runs something like 500/350 when one monitor connected.

Maybe I should try the HDMI monitor as primary? or I could try chaning my HDMI cable? (which I am not sure if that could be an issue?)

Duhhh, I don't know why I didn't tested this first. I set my 2nd monitor as primary (HDMI) and now the 2 screen are okay when running flash app.

so I'll need to set my first monitor the HDMI one..
