Ok so I am planning on replacing my 80gb HDD in my system with something bigger.
But I am torn at the moment do I add a third 250gb HDD in my raid setup for some kickass raid speed or do I add a 500gb HDD for as a backup drive. If I go the raid option they will be patitioned into two drives so ill have a windows drive and a backup drive but if I get the 500gb hd I will not partition my raid because I only wan't to physical drives in windows. (right now I have 3). I use my computer for homework, internet, light gaming, watching movies, and recording TV via windows media center (over the air HD).
Here is the 250gb I have (times 2):

Here is the 500gb I would get:

So what do you guys think risk my chances with raid 0 or get the 500gb? The prices are so similar that money isnt a factor.
