everything that it would come with if you were to buy it retail. I will also throw in an extra 120mm fan to add to the back so you can do a push - pull cooling setup. Helps knock off an extra couple degrees.

lol it did but when I sold my motherboard the backplate was stuck on there pretty good. I didn't wanna risk damaging the motherboard trying to get the back plate off especially since the guy was going to be using a water block on it anyways. It has the backplate mounting hardware... :laugh:
