It's actually a very common solution to things being stuck, be it a broken plug or a annoying nut. Though it requires that you are rather careful with the application when doing it. The whole idea is to glue something on to that which you have a hard time grabbing to then use it to pull it out. Which does in fact, work very well when you are careful. I have done it many times over the years in everything from motor vehicles to computers with broken cables and plugs.

That being said, depending on materials, rubbing alcohol can be used to dissolve super glue. Nail polish remover can also work. Though be careful since they can also dissolve a lot of other stuff.
The correct solution from the original problem would have been to contact the school and say you got a plug stuck rather than making the problem worse.

I think jack is broken and OP tried to glue paper clip to it and pull it out.

Maybe use small drill bit to make a hole in stuck part and then use matching screw to pull it out.
May be tricky drilling since it will probably rotate.
If center of jack is plastic you can try to push red hot nail in it.

Yep, it's a viable fix, but the plug being "caked in superglue" speaks to there being far too much glue and far too little finesse in the execution here.

Depending on the design of the port it might be possible to push out the plug from the inside, though that would require some disassembly of the laptop, and I'm not sure I'd trust the OP to do so carefully. It's also by no means guaranteed to be possible.

I'd try to remove the glue with some isopropyl alcohol or acetone/nail polish remover as a mentioned above - but BE CAREFUL. Use cotton swabs, apply a small amount (little enough to avoid dropping/running), wipe the glued area carefully (and nowhere else!) and be patient. Then I would hand in the laptop to the school and have them handle the repair.

Given that the OP failed at the "glue something on and pull it out" fix, I don't quite see how power tools is a responsible recommendation.

A) the plug is "caked in super glue", which would make it rather difficult to solder onto, unless you first remove the glue chemically/mechanically or burn through it with the soldering iron
B) the plug is inserted into a mostly plastic socket, possibly in a plastic laptop chassis. That would require a lot of care when soldering.
C) there is little indication that the OP is particularly well versed in tool use or electronics repair. Suggesting they try soldering onto a broken headphone jack then seems rather irresponsible.

Take it to a repair shop or hand it in so the school can fix it.

Last year my 7 year old, since he was doing online learning, broke his headphone jack in his iPad. Because it happened on a Friday night and he had a couple of tasks to do over the weekend that required him to watch videos, he needed to be able to hear them. I tried a few methods I found online, but I couldn't get anything to work.

We dropped his iPad off at his school the next day so their IT lady could set him up with a replacement iPad. Your school should be able to fix it or replace it....as long as you haven't mucked it up too much yourself.

It's a (now) used Chromebook. The repair shop charge will probably be close to the resale value of the damaged unit, might even exceed it.

I agree that OP shows zero indication that they are technically skilled to attempt another repair that will take more proficiency than what was demonstrated in the initial attempt, a point that several others here have missed.

The best course of action would be to bring it back to school, admit fault to the damage and be apologetic. If the school imposes some sort of repair fee, it will likely be less than what an independent PC repair shop would charge. Schools aren't in the PC repair business.

Acetone is what urgent care centers use to dissolve superglue off of skin. I would try that while avoiding getting it on any plastic. Also, make sure you are in a well-ventilated space. Acetone fumes are toxic.
