Hello, good afternoon to everyone, i just upgraded of laptop, i used to rock a ph15-51 now i upgraded to -53 version which has a i7 10750H and a RTX2060, does anyone has a good base in throttlestop to start undervolting ? i used to have a i7 8750H and i would have a -125 and -200core and had GREAT results thanks to @unclewebb who gave me those numbers, im happy to read some suggestions!! thanks

10750H do not undervolt as much as previous generations. Somewhere around -50 mV to -75 mV for the cache is typical. Start testing with the core set to the same value as the cache. Do some Cinebench R23 testing for a baseline. Increase only the core after that and see if there is any improvement.

had GREAT results
Always good to hear that. Hopefully TS helps out with your new laptop too.

edit, just by restarting the PC fixed the GPU from not using full watts, and from my testings i got this

2693 pts STOCK 4.1ghz **worst performance and 93-95c
2848 pts -110core -110cache limit 4.1ghz HOT and not worth the gain
2836 pts -125core -125cache limit 4.1ghz ** best temperatures 85c and performance
2895 pts -125core -125cache limit 4.2ghz HOT and not much perf gain
