What are your computers specifications? Need complete detailed information.

What monitor are you using, how is it hooked up?

What specific make and model number of your power supply is?

What driver are you using?

Yes it allows for higher clock speeds, sometimes those monitor adapters are faulty too

What driver are you using?
Estoy usando estos
Versión de controlador
19.50.19.01-200130a-351505E-RadeonSoftware, But they don't let me take control of the frequencies and energy of the gpu, if under a little energy the performance goes down and I can't do an undervolting to improve the performance because the performance drops and so far it works better for me Balanced and in turbo mode a little better

Leave it balanced then or set to maximum performance in the windows power profiles

Yes, I will do that but I continue with the problem that the GPU does not reach me the maximum frequencies and until the maximum it reaches is at 1300 but it is sometimes sometimes it only reaches 1200 MHz and I still do not know what the problem will be

Gpus only use needed power with boost, you can ask AMD on that too

Is there any bios that is from another provider that could flash there on a radeon vega 56 powercolor memory hynix?

No, they are locked by device and subsystem ID.

You can use the 195watt bios or contact powercolor for help
