i also heard u can use a mod in the bios to overclock your pc, is that true.

OK I can see lots of problem or should I say you spend on the wrong places ( I am not offending you)
1. You spend too much on the GFX rather then say a good motherboard. Most intel boards are not good except BAD AXE 2. Buying a 7900GT to 7900GTX or GTO can save you some money.
2.your ram stock speed is only DDR2 533, you should aim for 800+Mhz. 1GBx2 is good for overclocking.
3.Sound Blaster X-Fi Platinum: Without a good pair of speaker I would not recommand buying a Sound card.
4.OS: why did you buy a 64 bit Vista when you only have 2GB is ram to use. You buy a 64bit OS when you have 3.4+GB ram.

In order to overclock first you must have:
1. Good motherboard such as ASUS or Gigabye.
2. 800+Mhz ram
3. Good cooling system: good air flow and good CPU HSF.

I should start by look up at some review on you Motherboard. CPU and ram to see what is the higest speed they can go. GOOGLE is a good place to search. ^_^
