HELP amd oc

I am new to ocing. I recently switched from intel to AMD and im trying to figure out what I need to do to oc. I am kinda lost at what bios I have and will it support overclocking. So if anyone knows a really good guide or can lend some time I would appreciate it. Heres some of my specs. I have a Asus A7V8X-LA motherboard. Phoenix bios LTD,v3.07 bios. AMD 300+ xp with barton core running at 2100 with 1.616v. multiplier is 10.5, FSB 200mhz and Bus is 400mhz. I have 1 gig of 3200 ddr-sdram. If anyone can help much thanx.

Turn up the multiplier (if you can)
