I tried to change the BIOS of my XFX RX 590 to one of the PowerColor RX 590, using ATIflash 293 and give me an ID error trying through the GUI. When I open CMD the program closes when I try to execute any command from ATI Tools. Windows 10 1909. Is it a problem with the windows version?

GUI version is more easy to use. Command prompt version has more features in it.

Use Polaris bios editor, also editing the bios will break uefi and you need to patch using the gop patch updater if you can't see post using the modded bios

Look at the flashing instructions at the bottom of this post. Don't forget to take a backup.

I tried the 2 methods. But without success. I already run both with an administrator. I've tried compatibility with windows 7/8 and nothing. When I update via the ATI Tools GUI for the ID error. When I try via CMD the program closes and I can't open it again because it seems to be in the background and then I need to restart Windows 10.

Will the GPU lose its UEFI?

if you modify the bios yes, but as I said you can patch it, what is it you're looking to gain from modding the bios?

I managed to transform my XFX into a PowerColor. My XFX has 2 BIOS, it has a key that I can still change in the key and go back to the XFX BIOS. Two BIOSs in one, all OK. I stressed the RX 590 on AIDA64 and played a game and everything worked. The only thing that bugged was the Edge Chromium, it is in black screen and I already uninstalled and installed it. So I installed Google Chrome myself.

Edge Chromium;

I changed this XFX to this PowerColor. I looked closely at the type of memory, the clocks and the number of video outputs. They are very similar.
