what you mean 120hz display at 4k would be great for three years ?

you mean if i buy dell alienware it will last me only 3 years?>>

only 3 years will last me the monitor??
and then i will have to buy again monitor this you mean??
I meant it will last that long at least until you will see something that turns your head, and that it'll probably take that long to reach that monitor's limit's.

why you said 3 years??

you mean for gpu or for monitor??
Imho it will take at least three years to push GPUs to the point to be able to run 4k 120hz adequately.

And by then a new monitor might tempt you is all ,your monitor should still work fine.

Im taking English again.

Your monitor could last upto 20+ years but the ones out in three years might be so much better that you want one.

If you want to stream I don't suggest an ultrawide
It doesnt downscale properly and causes more problems than anything. My X34 Predator has been sitting on the floor for a couple months now, I downgraded to ASUS ROG SWIFT PG279Q 27"

look i will buy this monitor in some months and also i will buy new 2080 ti gtx
Then you should be waiting to start your selection process until you are ready to buy. In "some months", all those models you are considering could be discontinued, or revised. Totally new models could be released.

Use this time to learn about current (and coming) technologies and to determine and refine your needs and wants. Then, when you are actually ready to buy, do your homework and find the monitor that fulfills those needs and wants.

Same with your graphics solution. If you are not ready to buy today, don't pick a card today. In "some months" see what is available, then pick the card you want.

One last thing. It is critical to remember graphics solutions are often the most power hungry devices in our computers. It is very common to need a bigger power supply when upgrading the graphics. The specs for that 2080 Ti recommend at least a 650W supply though actually needs should be calculated when ready to upgrade.

Do NOT try to trim money off the budget with a cheap supply! If your current supply is inadequate, you need to budget for and install a new, fully capable, quality supply BEFORE you install that new graphics solution.

Overkill but fine - assuming good quality and in good working condition.

Because almost no one needs anything near that size. You would need a monster CPU, 4 or more sticks of RAM, several drives and two of the graphics cards to come close to needing that much power. It does not hurt anything (but your wallet). You likely spent more than you needed to buy it and since most power supplies tend to be most efficient when running ~50% load, you probably will not be running when it is most efficient either. That means it will cost you more just to use it.

Depending on the model of that CM 1500, it could be several percentage points, or just a couple. I don't know. I don't know your system specs either so I am making a lot of assumption here I don't really like doing.

Jumped on the 34Inch bandwagon just last week with the AW3418DW. I can only say its a much better monitor compared to the Z35 or X34 models after 8months of comparing the models at stores with my own naked eye.
