Your 1st step is to report seller to -Aliexpress for selling you a fake
put in your Claim for REFUND.

After you have got YOUR REFUND and its Confirmed you do not have to return this FAKE
please then respond and repost your Request.
Your need Photo's of
CARD
GPUz SCREEN SHOTS
and a picture of GPU DIE and memory Chips ( for Correct identification to source correct Bios).
Your need to Remove cooler to Photograph the die which is why you should ONLY PROCEED
when you have Refund and do not have to return Card

In theory, that's not even a 6770 BIOS in there, but a 6750, judging by the Shader count.
So whatever you do afterwards is not gonna make it any faster than it already can provide.

Dude you bought that old of a card on a shady site for how much? No bios flashing is going to help you at this point.

Device ID, 68BF, is 6750. 6770 has 68BA. Rest of information GPU-Z is picking up from own database. It's not exactly fake. There are 2 explanations.
1. Well this kind of cards might be in production for a very long time, as they have long term supply contracts. Through the time manufacturers are upgrading their SKU, optimizing them for what they have in stock. AMD could start shipping 68BF as 6770.
2. Second explanation is that a seller was testing them before sending and putted wrong GPU into wrong box. So you just got wrong card, not your's. It doesn't make it fake. Just a mistake. Is there any sticker on the card saying it's 6770? And may be it was a sign that you should have gone with RX 550 or Intel DG1, though there are no Gunnir Intel DG1 on AliExpress.

Description from item page on AliExpress that may presume first explanation.
The parameters shown in GPUz may be closer to those of HD6750. This is a misunderstanding caused by GPUz software, and we can't control it. This does not mean that we sell fake cards.

They have Trusted Brand tag, which is given to official suppliers.

If you don't know the site it doesn't mean it's shitty. It is second largest in the World after Amazon. And they mostly work where Amazon doesn't work, which is only working in a couple of countries, so most of the World never heard of Amazon, but knows well AliExpress.

Anyways
Device ID -SubSystem ID

1002 68BF - 1002 0000

Says it's a Juniper Chip which were used for 5750, 5770, 6750, 6770, FirePro V5800. Circa 2010/2011/2012

**50 line had 720/36/16, **70 Line had 800/40/16. (SPU/TMU/ROP)

Samsung K4G20325FC-HC40

Says the GDDR5 is 2 Gibibit chips which is 0.250 GibiBytes, *4 is 1GibiByte of Ram.

@-Ricardo-

I 'd grab the ATi/AMD bios, then maybe the anda bios above

It is shitty because of fake gpus being allowed on it

No that easy to explain to someone that they automatically think cheap and buy cheap at the same time without ever thinking realistic research. The person buying and bought fake GPU are usually a bigger fool for that mistake

It's called common sense and it's becoming less common everywhere, including the forums.

But at the end of the day anyone done that is practically giving money away so the company keeps making fake gpu and flood the markets with it.

Come on man, you should know better than that. It's 2022. It's time to remove those offensive terms from your everyday vocabulary.

I just want to change the bios to 1gb
If no one knows it's ok
Aliexpress has a lot of fake stuff
I just bought a cheap card and nothing else
I do not care

But at the end of the day anyone done that is practically giving money away so the company keeps making fake gpu and flood the markets with it.
you're right
