Hi

Max memory OC support as follows:

FX-3820** CPU 1866Mhz [look here]
Motherboard 2000Mhz [look here] requires version **F9 bios

2133Mhz memory may be downgraded to 2000Mhz due to motherboard constraints

PSU requirement look here [approx 384W assuming three 120mm fans would be installed in the case]

520w is 2 rail.
650w is single rail.
single rail will give you more flexibility when upgrading.
if you keep your plans to upgrade this setup with ssd and better video in few mounts 520w might be not enough depending on vga you select.
psu and case are the last parts in yr pc that will obsolete. better get them prepared for any scenario.

Thanks guys for response ! I will go with this set up and buy 650w later (i plan to build another config with old pieces on the side), for the ram i buy '2133' cause its only 5$ difference with the others but Im aware that it will be downgraded and for SSD i buy a "hybrid" SSHD, so if its enough for me i wouldn't buy a SSD. I heard a lot of good things with SSHD pretty much everywhere so i want to give it a try !
I saw a lot of things with crossfire/sli and it seems to be a terrible choice (for the moment) for gaming, now i will wait until september for next upgrade i think ( i heard things like new gpu 'maxwell'…etc). For the moment ill stick with 8320 because…price ! I cant go further for now.

PS : The fact that i will use old pieces for building another computer with make things like psu not obsolete if i bought new one in 6 month, i build it for my girlfriend who play a lot of Sims, terraria and minecraft (maybe a lot more games with a pc cause at the moment she is using a mac).

PS2 : Thanks Law II for this site, its exactly what i need !

PS3 (god dammit) : I dont plan to overclock anything if possible.

by obsolate i mean technologcaly obsolate.
intel bring new generation cpu every year which make previous gen bosolate. yes previous gen is very capble and will be capable for long time but it is obsolate cause intel wont develop it anymore. amd do the same with apus.
in psus there isnt anything new for quite long time. there are minor tweaks hare and there but there inst anythig ground breaking. the only thing that has changed is tendency in number of 12v rails used.
despite good things you hear for SSHD i would skip it. it isnt as capable as ssd and it isnt as reliable as hdd but it cost as much as ssd.
look at the prices for samsung evo http://ca.pcpartpicker.com/parts/internal-hard-drive/#t=0&qq=1&S=120000,150000&m=32
and 1 tb sshd http://ca.pcpartpicker.com/parts/internal-hard-drive/#t=1&qq=1&S=900000,1200000
there isnt point in using sshd except may be in laptop.

Hmm ? I choose an SSHD because its only 10$ difference with HDD… maybe I'm lucky on this one…i dont know. But i will not ruined my self with this so its ok, the other problem with the psu is the price, i mean my budget, 650w version is 30$ difference and at the moment with all shipping…etc im at 1095$ for a budget of 900$…i can't spand 30$ more in this config for now. I thought this site "estimate" shipping for you but absolutely not haha what a surprise (because in France a lot of site have no shipping after spending around 100+ euro in the same command) !

For the SSD i think i will buy a 128gb later for the system only and maybe one game (Path of Exile) because SSD is expensive and i play a lot of games (by a lot i mean…A LOT) so i wont install any games and my SSD, games who worth it are minimum 20gb, titanfall would be qround 48gb i heard on the forum, battlefield* 30gb+ depend on how many addon you have…etc
And because i play a lot of games like i said, make a choice for which game worth more than the other would be difficult and i won't install-unstall 'everyday' and f*cked up my SSD.

this site calculate the lowest prices between online retaliers.
in order to fit to 900 tag with this build http://ca.pcpartpicker.com/p/31fqM you have to buy every part from corresponding retailer (look at "where" column).
if you purchace all from one store you most likely wont get best price for all parts.
for some of them like mb difference is very small http://ca.pcpartpicker.com/part/gigabyte-motherboard-ga990fxaud3 but for other like case http://ca.pcpartpicker.com/part/bitfenix-case-bfcgho300kkn1rp price difference is about 20+$

you have to buy from 5 different stores. or for 10$ more you can skip newegg and buy cpu from vuugo and for 3$ more to skip canada computers and buy hdd from directcanada. so for total 13$ more over 900.06 you can reduce number of orders to 3

Ive already test every possibilities trust me but the fact that vuugo sell this gpu for 238$ is a joke, the real price is… 320$ minimum YEA ! So and its seems to be like that often with the "lowest prices calculation" sadly, finally i will buy gpu and case at DirectCanada (this case is out of stock everywhere its insane) and its 110$ more (lol…) and everything else at newegg.ca and I'm saving around 10$, so the price calculation is not that great, i think a lot of pieces are based on price when they are in "special offer" like the gpu.
So even if i save 10$ from SSHD for spending it in 650w psu i will lose 20$ more.
After verification its seems that NCIX have restock the case but even if i save this 20$ from this site i will lose it in the shipping (around 15$).

hm.
i guess then pcpartpciker is quite usless for canada.
but still i think sshd cant offer good price/performance ratio.
may be you should check what nvidia cards you can get at 240$ price. cause of coin mining amd cards price is quite high in na

edit:
with 520w even with 650w psu you should be able to get this and it will be better then r9 270x
if all other prices are correct http://ca.pcpartpicker.com/p/31zMy 10 over 900$ tag

Ok so i can go with this : http://ca.pcpartpicker.com/p/31BQ4

And i save 60$...and the difference between gigabyte and asus is that the asus is more "viable" in term of solidity...well for the price its ok i think haha
bah. viable.
both companies are leaders in aib market for vga cards. both companies have not so good and excellent cards in their background so i would say you will get almost the same from both of them. what is important is to get as more as you can for money you have.

Ive check a bit more and see that :

For the Asus:

3D API
DirectX
DirectX 11.2
OpenGL
OpenGL 4.3

And Gigabyte:

3D API
DirectX
DirectX 11

I dont know what that mean exactly because it seems to be that the Gigabyte is less "powerful" but the price is higher almost everywhere (except NCIX)

3d api support comes with gpu core itself. not with board. they both are r9 270x so they both have one and the same gpu core (old HD7870Ghz edition) so both support same 3d apis. someone havent filled in full specs for gigabyte
this is your card http://www.gigabyte.com/products/product-page.aspx?pid=4795#sp
