Help identifying C589 on EVGA GTX 970 SC ACX 2.0

Hi, first post!
Looks like I managed to knock a capacitor off the back of my GTX 970 (probably as its right where the release clip for the PCIE slot is)
Does anyone know the value of C589 on this card? (I've circled it in green on the photo)
I have a hot air rework station

Power on and measure the voltage.

By similarities if it is VRAM or Vtt take one of from nearby RAM modules and measure.

Alas I have no capacitance feature on my multimeter or enough $$$ to get a new meter (or a new graphics card :banghead::roll: )
