I have a GPU with a bad flash on it and I have taken the card apart to visually identify the ROM chips on the card. All I see is a logo and two sets of numbers. I drew the logo and numbers down on paper. Is it Samsung, Hynix, or Micron? Thanks for any help.

That symbol doesn't resemble any of the three brands you mentioned.
Edit, Micron has an M in a similar circle design.

Ok, I think I figured this out. I was looking at the ROM chips when I should be looking at the video memory chips. Looks like this card has Micron memory chips. So the bios I need should be for Micron. Am I right?

When you wrote Rom, I assumed you meant Vram, that's why I mentioned Micron already.

As per your card numbers. 299-be366-201sa
Thanks for the help. I wanted to make sure that I try to flash this gpu with the correct factory bios. The card is bricked. Not sure what happened. May have been from a bad riser it was connected to that corrupted the bios during flashing. Any suggestions on force flashing this gpu?

That logo looks like Alpha & Omega semiconductor, but not relevant for identifying the card
