help! im trying to remember the name of a game!

if anyone can remember the name of a game ive been wanting to replay. i think it is from 1999 and it is an action/adventure/rpg style game about a character who you control with the third person view. it is set in medieval times but in a fantasy world. there are multiple characters that you get to control as the story progesses. sorry that this is so vague but i figured i would give it a shot here. ive checked the interweb for the past hour with no luck.

let me see if i can describe it...the graphics were cartoony but polished. one of the scenes took place in a town which was rainy and dark and you had to maneuver your character around the town and fight some guards. you controlled the characters with a mouse and you could choose which of the characters you wanted to lead the group. if you right clicked the mouse it would bring up the characters item menu and you could eat food to bring up energy. also, you would level up your character much like an rpg.

nope, but you guys i think are on the right track! help! it was similiar to revenant, but the graphics were more cartoon like and polished.

This is a 2002 game. but was big for dreamcast and PS... Then it went on computer and you can play it on gametap... It's cartoonish and you change three characters and use whatever they have... One of my favorite RPG type games
