HELP! Just installed new 5850, no signal to monitor!

Just went into Networking Safe Mode, and downloaded the drivers...

But while installing the ATI Catalyst Install Manager said "Failed to load detection driver"

What do I do? :x

UPDATE:

I just downloaded the most recent drivers, but they wouldn't install.

So I went to Device Manager, and my display device was blank, so I said Update Drivers and manually selected the "ATI 5800 Series Display Adapter" and it installed fine. I'm going to reboot and see if I can get past that goddamn Starting Windows screen in normal mode.
