Firefox is my main browser, but as many of you know, it's going to drop support for non-WebAPI plugins soon.
Both AdBlock and NoScript are currently marked as legacy, which means if they don't get updated soon, they'll be unusable going forward. I've been told about uMatrix and I gave that a try, but it looks excessively heavy handed to me (I allow non-intrusive ads in AdBlock and only use NoScript to block the most offending scripts).
So my question is, should AdBlock and NoScript see no timely updates, what choices are there?
