Help me choose PSU for Intel Atom330

I want to build a new pc. Main objective is surf internet, chat and p2p. Maybe leave it operate 24x7 for upload a file. So, I want a lightweight, energy saving machine. As far as I research the rough specification is below;

Mainboard: Intel D945GCLF2 (Micro ATX)
CPU: Intel Atom330
Ram: DDR2 667Mghz 2GB
VGA: n/a (On board)
Harddisk: Western Digital Caviar Green 1TB
Case: iCute iBox (for Micro ATX)
PSU: ???

The problem is that I have no idea which PSU I should purchase. I think this system will require power less than 100watt. I try to search over the internet but I cannot find any 80+ PSU which have power output less than 350watt.

So, which PSU I should use for Intel Atom?
1. 80+ PSU 530 Watt or more
2. Standard 350 Watt PSU without 80+ certify

350 w with 80+. it will work for a long time as you are not pushing it

as for the topic, as far as wattage ratings go whatever is stated for a specific PSU is just it's maximum rating in other words if your setup doesn't require more than 100watts it won't draw more than that wether the PSU you are using is rated at 100 or 1000watts. The benifit of running a slightly higher rated powersupply would be added features and better quality(highly dependant on brand and model) as well as the 80plus certs you mentioned above. There are a couple threads on these forums I believe with a rundown of all the major manufacturers/models as well as warnings and reccommendations, it would be a good base to start from in your research. Ill see if I can track down the links.

Thank you very much for every reply. However, I cannot found any good low watt efficient PSU (300 - 350watt) for my new Atom330 yet.
