Im currently running an Antec true power quattro 850w psu but im adding a second XFX 4890 gpu... The system requires 4x 6pin pci-e plugs for the twin gpu's... the Antec has only 2x6 pin plus an 8pin that converts to a 6 pin.... would this psu be a good choice? here

yeah i hear ya but i need the extra amperage... 750hx is rated at 62amp and the 850hx is 70amp.... I made my mind up and got the single rail 850 corsair psu.. hell it was a bit cheaper than the 750 :D

yeah but i had to choose fed-ex ground for the items i bought... if i just got the 4890 it cost $9.99 air and have it in 1-2 buisness days but adding the psu they offered free ground when spending $300 or more so i had to take that

all the good Corsair PSs are single rail. The 620 says multi rail but its actually a single rail too (Corsair was just too cheap to change the stickers)
I like single rails much more than multiple ones (simpler is better) and the 750HX is a beautiful made PS, im really happy with it.
(it required very little work to improve as well)
