Help me decide between these memory kits for my Aorus Elite (R7 3700X); Trident Z Neo3600 or Ballistix 3200? Will the ballistix OC?

Hello. Finally, after a lot of effort and money, my R73700X will arrive this week. I'll use an Aorus Elite for it. The final piece is the RAM, and this has been such a headache for me... In my actual system I use 32Gb of RAM, so I'm kinda used to work with that, from browser habits to multitasking, etc.

The prices are all from Newegg since it ships to my country (Argentina, the one that's burning down right now), and because of the VAT and the shipping costs I'm already paying a lot for every part, nevertheless, that makes spending an extra 50 USD to get the better binned memory not a big deal.

I've laid my eyes on the following kits:

The Ripjaws V are CL19, and everyone says that CL19 is crap, so they are kinda discarded from the list. Then, the real problem starts: Buy Ballistix and try to OC and see if they reach 3600 MHz? Or play it safe and go for the B-Die and get 3600 out of the box?
I've read that the real world performance between 3200 and 3600 is negligible in games (That would be like my main activity) then, if they don't reach 3600 it would be a bummer but i think I will be fine, but correct me if i'm wrong.
Regarding the Trident Z Neo, everyone says that they are awesome, but the price isn't justified, still, i don't think that paying 50 extra for 3600 out of the box would be that high.
If i knew that E-Die will OC those 400MHz I wouldn't think about it, that's my only constraint. What can you people tell me about those kit I mentioned? Which one should I buy?

TLDR: Should I buy the ballistix and cross my fingers while ocing them hoping to reach 400MHz extra and if they don't live with it? Or should I go with the Trident Z Neo and have 3600 out of the box? Is the real world performance between 3200 and 3600 that high in games or performance in general?

The Ripjaws 5 worked for me at 3200 but not 3600 of course that was on X470. If you can get them to run at 3600 your computer will feel snappier. I have heard from reliable sources (friends into computing) that the Ballistix are pretty good and do OC well. They are also the cheapest of the 3 you have posted. You can usually find them on Amazon for around just over $100 CAD for the 16GB version. The Neo are pretty new so you will have to pay the "new tax". In terms of speed the number is important but timings are just as for Ryzen. A 3000 MHZ 15-15-16-36 kit would feel faster than a 3200 18-18-18-40 kit.

From those 3 kits I’ll vote for the TridentZ for sure. Just check that is on mainboard’s QVL and you’re good to go.
The more close you can get to the 3800 with tighter timings out of the box the better. You have better chances to hit that 3800MT/s (1900MHz on all subsystems) mark.

If you manage to clock: memory/memory controller/infinity fabric all to 1900MHz you will gain pretty nice performance. (MEMCLK=UCLK=FCLK)

DRAM latency is very important with Ryzen.

I took a 3466, CL16-18-18-36 1.35v and run them at 3800, CL16-18-18-36 1.44v with controller and fabric at even speeds.
Latency dropped from 71~72ns to 67.5ns, plus a quiet nice bump in mem bandwidth.
