So first thing, my amd 3200+ is stuck to my heatsink, I can't get it off by twisting, what do I do?

I'm going to try to hair dry it

Update: hmm my hair dryer overheated, so now I have to wait for it to become col again, heatsink is hot from hairdrying, but CPU is still stuck

Update 2: ok, heatsink is hot as hell, now something smells, don't know if it's my hairdryer or CPU. Ok I'm going to try to twist it off

Update 3: I keep burning my fingers on the heatsink, but I still can't take it off

what do I do?

run the pc for a while until the cpu heats up. Then power off and take off the heatsink using oven mitts

You are sure that you removed all the fastening pins and things, right ?

Update: it's just the CPU stuck to this big silver thing which is the heatsink, there is nothing else there

Solved. I just pryed it off.

Now I'm going to clean it off with 99%alcohol

E of the pins got bent, should I just bend them back? Can I do it with metal or will that scratch and screw it up

Bent pins is bad, really bad. I had that with an old p3....

Try to bend it back gently. Don't use a metal as you might cause a short circuit. Use a piece of hard plastic
