hi i have the disk 7 days now aND NOW I WENT TO SENTINEL AND IT SHOWS ME
THAT THE PERFORMANCE IS 98 %
AND THE HEALTH IS 100 %

WHY THE PERFORMANCE WENT FROM 100 TO 98??

DO I HAVE PROBLEMS??

You need to educate yourself and understand what a utility is doing before trying to evaluate results. Most people use utilities to read VRAM usage without realizing that no utility exists thata ctually does that. In this case, the web site

Your drive is fine. HDsentiel took 2% away because your drive isn't as fast as HDSentinel thinks it should be. But HDSentinel appears to guess at this value so it hold no weight anyway.
