in english: the screen will up
down up down up down. (shaking like this). especially when I viewing the internet or watching the movie it will be

Still very hard for us to understand. Can you perhaps make a video of it, with your phone or something?

Right now the image I have is that you have an extremely laggy system with massive screen tearing.

Or maybe use MSI Afterburner to assign a saved profile for the 2D system state. From what I understand you can assign any of your saved profiles to become active during the 2D system state.

First you would need to create and save a profile to use specifically for the 2D system state.

AB profile.PNG

Then click Settings and go to Profiles. And assign that saved profile as the one you want to use for the 2D profile.

I just tried it myself. And it didn't seem to work. But maybe it will work for you. It's worth a shot I guess.

Translation from Chinese to English via Google Translate:
The screen in the 2d frequency into 3d frequency will be the same as the monitor to adjust the resolution when the whole screen up and down the same jitter. I found the problem seems to be 2d frequency conversion to high frequency when it would seem like a 280x common problem. It is said that the 2d memory and the core frequency from 150mhz pulled more than 500 can be resolved

So you think the idle GDDR5 memory clock is dropping to low causing issues with the image being displayed? I remember there was a problem that a later driver version corrected but it's been awhile so my memory is fuzzy on when.

Having a 280X myself (still, hurry Vega!) I had this problem a long while ago with dual monitors, a clean install of recent new drivers cleared that up. At the time the work around (temporary fix) was to increase the clock speed via a BIOS editor. However, the OP could download a vBIOS and try to install that. I've never had to do that so maybe someone can kindly post a how-to guide for that for the OP.

Go to Radeon Driver
Go to Video or Display
Tick Standard ( or Default or whatever there is)

Had the problem with it.
When you use modes for display, it makes the screen shaky and chopped.
