Hi,
My problem is that I'm trying to change my resolution from 1366x768 to 1920x1080. I have a panasonic tc-l24x5. Specs are here: https://www.cnet.com/products/panasonic-tc-l24x5/specs/
I have a radeon rx 580 graphics card. It says that it is 1080p which is included in the website.

Please fill out your System Specs so we know what kind of system you have.

Do you have all of your graphics drivers installed?

Benchmark Scores Faster than yours... I'd bet on it. :)
Did you try changing it? Did that not work?

Right click on the desktop and click and go to display settings.

I have tried changing it and it only listed til 1366x768,Earthdog. And I have updated my PC specs. Additionally on the tv/monitor, my hdmi input I "PC" and that if I switch the input to HDMI, it shows a 1920x1080 display but I don't know how to switch the input in which the tv/monitor could receive signal.

Most of the advanced display settings from previous versions of Windows are now available on the Display settings page.
  • Select Start Windows logo Start button and select Settings Gear-shaped Settings icon > System > Display.
  • If you want to change the size of your text and apps, use the dropdown menu under Scale and layout. In Windows 10, you can no longer change the text size of a specific item.
  • To change your screen resolution, use the drop down menu under Resolution.
