in that price range, considering 16k INR is about equal to $270 USD, you are looking at a R9 280 or a GTX 760 with the GTX 760 being the better performer between the two. Make sure your power supply can handle it though.

Gtx 760 costs around 20k. I cannot afford it. Gtx 660 msi gaming costs 14,500. How about that?

270 or 270x will outperform 660 in most games. Otherwise the 660 is a pretty decent choice.

You might want to make sure your PSU can handle it.

280x would be a good choice, crossfired 270s aswell. I think you can even get a used r9 290 for that price.

It's a good card. Sapphire makes excellent cards.

I'd say the safest option would be the 660 because of the lower power consumption. The power supply in that case is unlikely to be good. You might even want to consider a new power supply because the one you have might not have the connectors for a GPU and might even outright die under its rated load.

I would choose the R9 270x as it has the best performance, and an excellent price : performance ratio. That power supply you suggested should handle the GPU fine, but you could perhaps spend a little more for better PSU efficiency. Not necessary, but a consideration to reduce electricity bills, but comes at a greater initial cost.

You could go for this one, however it is quite a bit more expensive:

If you're budget can't stretch that much, then the previous one you suggested will be just fine for the R9 270x.

That S12II is a good PSU. It should handle a 270x fine.

I would suggest the 270x over the 660.

The 270x is a low power draw card, only the 280-290 id consider changing power supplies

Since you say you want to play GTA, having an amd card might be better since GTA V will support mantle.
I would choose this combination:
http://www.flipkart.com/sapphire-am..._113&ref=fe5114b5-49fa-481f-ac98-d8cf57d2226c
it's basically the same as my HD 7850
and this power supply
http://www.flipkart.com/corsair-smp...b_7&ref=50e998f5-1549-4eab-86ba-8dbeca846b3b3
it would be better to get the 270x you suggested
http://www.flipkart.com/sapphire-am...=b_1&ref=d3edccde-1848-49d9-a258-90e7c012ec33
but it says it needs a 600W PSU and if you are planing to use the one you got with that case I would not recommend the 270x.
BTW will it fit in the case is something we cant answer. Try to measure it yourself since that information is not given on the page with the case.

You can run a GTX 780 Ti off a good quality 550W power supply, so that power suggestion for a 270x is quite inflated - possibly to take into account those using lower quality PSUs with poor power delivery. I also do not like the Corsair CX series, as they use cheaper components than the Seasonic one AFAIK. I think the OP would be better off with the Seasonic M2II 520W power supply with the R9 270x.

The S12II is far better quality than the Corsair CX series. And it is more than enough for a 270x. You can run a 780 Ti and an overclocked 4770k off a good 450w unit without going over the current limits.

I'd stick with the 270x for the GPU, I don't think your CPU will be too much of a bottleneck. You might be able to get a few extra MHz on it if you try hard, which might help a bit.

You might be able to overclock your CPU a few more MHz over stock clocks.
