Help Ram for Ryzen 9 5900x?

Hey I need help this has been very confusing. so I'm looking at G.skill Trident Z Royal because its pretty lol. I found 3 options of 32GB of ram.
1) DDR4 3200 14-14-14-34 1.35V $239
2) DDR4 3600 14-15-15-35 1.45V$289
3) DDR4 4000 18-22-22-42 1.4V $189
PC specs are
Ryzen 9 5900x
Evga 3080ti
ASROCK x570 pg velocita

If you have any RGB option that is better I am open to suggestions still. Although I do really like the Z Royal. I was leaning to 32 and hopes to overclock it to 36 I think the 4000 is a waste?

4000 is the cheapest and pretty much guaranteed to work at ddr4000, the other ones aren't, how is a $50-$100 saving a waste? you want the highest clock RAM you can get to work with your 5900x for IF (infinity fabric) and 3800/4000 is pretty much the ideal speed for that, I'd personally go with option 3 and then tweak the latencies

The 5900X is not guaranteed to be able to do 1:1 IF at 2,000, so you may be stuck w/ 2:1.

Also, 3200-14-14-14-34 and 3600-14-15-15-35s are all B-Die (not bad-bin). They are guaranteed to run 4000 too (w/ manual timings/voltage). (Okay, maybe not at advertised timings, but C16 should be doable without jamming 1.55V ...)

I have 16GB of the gold Royals with stock clocks of 3200 14-14-14-34 1.35v They will do 3600 flat 14s with 1.425v. They can do pretty much any speed bin, but need an Intel to see what they can really do. but 2000 15-15-15 1.475v, or flat 16s @ 2k with 1.4v. They are running with some Black and Whites, and they are good, but not as good. They are running together right now at 1866 flat 14s with 1.5v, because of the trailer trash B+W's :D

I would go with option number 1 first, then 2, and 3 is not even on the table. Because number 2 should do its stock timings at 2K with some extra lovin in the voltage dept. and a fan. 3200C14 is a really good bin. My Royals are super flexible.

Thank you so much for your reply!!! I really appreciate your input. I'm new at this and I wasn't sure. I was under the impression the fastest I'm going to be able to go is 3600mhz anyways because of the CPU.

My 5900X wont run 2K 1:1 without hardware errors. But my 5600X can.. and it will run up to 2100 1:1 but with errors starting at 2033. It could be my board too since ram speed tops out at 4533 on them both I think.

So pretty much what I was thinking the CL14 is more important than the 4000mhz. So 3200 14-14-14-34 it is, thanks you!!! Then I can just up the voltage and raise the mhz to 3600+? I should also note that the 3200 is rated for 1.35v, 3600 is 1.45v, and the 4000 is 1.4

I should also note that the 3200 is rated for 1.35v, 3600 is 1.45v, and the 4000 is 1.4. Dose that make a difference?

For best results you'll have to do manual voltage/timings. Just consult the TPU thread/forum for memory timings for that! :)

Take the 3600 CL14, you can use 3933 CL14 if FCLK allows it you can do 4133 CL15 or 4066 CL15

IF you want a stable system, Crucial Ballistix(Micron chips) is your friend!
In different computers I rum my 2x8 3000MHz and 2x16 3200MHz kits at 3733MHz.
Better buy the 3600MHz kits, they have better binned chips.
The current stock is using Micron 16Gbit B-Die chips, the 2x16 are single rank, the 2x32 dual rank.
