[Help] Upgrade from old PSU

Hey guys, i plan to upgrade my old psu which is Cooler Master GX 550W. What i have in mind is the CM Silet Pro M600 and Seasonic M12 II 620W Which one of those should i pick ? And are there any good psu for me to upgrade to . I can find in my country brands likes CM, Seasonic, Antec, Corsair, OCZ, FSP.

My current system is i5 760 @ 3.8Ghz + 4GB ddr3 1600Mhz + HD 5830.
